Fairmont Drivetrain

The engine is a 1968 302 block Bored .030 with T.R.W. Forged Flat top pistons,Speed pro rings,all ARP hardware ,Edelbrock double roller timing set,and a Melling high volume oil pump, it has a Comp Cams 270H camshaft with specs of 501int.501exh.lift and 270int. 270 duration(224/224@.050) with 112 l.s. The heads are 1970 351 windsor "DOOE" castings that have been ported by Killians Head porting service,and have Comp Cams Magnum roller rockers,Crane valve springs,and new stock valves with a 3 angle valve job. The intake is a Shelby dual plane, and the carb is a Holley 750 vac. secondary. I used the factory Duraspark II Ignition system. The exhaust consists of a set of BBK shorty headers and 2 1/2 "pipes with an"H" pipe ,and Turbo Mufflers.

The Transmission is a C-4 automatic with a Jegs 2,500 rpm converter.

The rear axle is a 8.8" limited slip from a 1991 Mustang with 3.27 gears.
