1979 Fairmont Futura

This is a pic of the car my wife and I built for her after someone ran a red light and totalled it.

For some reason ,we never got around to taking any pics of it before the accident!

We bought her another one to build as a clone of the original...but better.

The Wheels are Magnum 500`s from Wheel Vintiques. The Tires are B.F. Goodrich T/A radials
The Fronts are 14x6 with3 inch backspace and 225/60r14 tires
Rears are 15x8 with 5 inch backspace(custom ordered) and 275/50r15 tires.

We cut one Full coil off of the front coil springs to get the stance just right. We also put on new struts, sway bar bushings and hardwhare. Then we put on the 5 lug front rotors and new brake hoses.
Then we began taking apart ,and cleaning the engine compartment:
